The Service Centre’s home care service brings the medical care and psychosocial services needed by HIV-positive drug users to where the customers live. The services consist of home visits, network meetings, community support, and medicine supply.
Home care offers its customers assistance in housing-related issues and provides them with psychological support, care and nursing, and someone to talk to. The services also include visits to hospitals and prisons to facilitate the transition into everyday life, as well as health care services, such as medical treatment and dispensing of medication.
